What began in 1992 with a single brass urn, a wood-fired stove, and an unwavering belief that food is love — has grown into a legacy carried forward by his family. Every dish we serve carries his spirit of warmth, hospitality, and pure devotion to feeding others.

Son of our late founder Shri Bhogilal Vastaram Joshi, Nileshbhai carries forward the family's promise — that every guest is received with warmth and every plate is prepared with care. He leads daily operations with the same devotion that began this kitchen in 1992.

Ganesh Catering Service began with a simple promise — that no celebration in Gujarat should be without the flavours of home. What started in a small family kitchen over 30+ years ago has grown into one of Godhra's most trusted names in catering, with over 4,500+ events served — from intimate gatherings of fifty to grand weddings of five thousand.

We are pure-vegetarian, always. Our menu spans hundreds of dishes across nineteen sections — from rooted Kathiyawadi rotla and Gujarati sabji to Punjabi paneer in every avatar; from live Chaat Counters that bring the bustle of a market lane to your venue, to South Indian dosa stations, Mexican tacos, Italian pasta, Thai curries, and a dessert counter that doesn't end with one round of basundi.

Among them, a handful of dishes carry our highest mark — Café Specials. Recipes refined over decades and signed off by our chefs personally: the Surti Ghari, the Matka Biryani, winter Undhiyu, Lasaniya Bataka with a hot rotla, and Basundi served still-warm. These are the dishes guests return for, generation after generation.

Our chefs are storytellers of taste — trained in the kitchens of Saurashtra and refined by decades of weddings, festivals, and corporate spreads. Every menu we build, every live counter we set up, every plate we serve is shaped to fit your celebration — never ours.
